Because of the made-to-order nature of each and every AITCH AITCH piece, all items for sale through www.aitch-aitch.com or any trunk show or event where AITCH AITCH pieces are available for purchase are final sale.  We strongly encourage you to carefully note the color, proportions, and hardware before placing your order with us.  We do our best to provide images and details about each piece during our sales process, but if you have any additional questions, please feel free to email us at sales@aitch-aitch.com.

 

We hand inspect each piece before we send it out to our clients with the utmost attention to detail and quality standards.  If for some reason we missed a manufacturing defect, please email us at sales@aitch-aitch.com within 48 hours of receiving your AITCH AITCH piece.

 

If your AITCH AITCH piece is in need of repair, kindly email us at sales@aitch-aitch.com with your request. We will issue you a return shipping label, and assess the repair needs as inspected by our team. 

If the repair is deemed to be caused by manufacturer defect, AITCH AITCH will repair at no charge. 

If the repair is deemed to be caused by misuse or excessive wear, there will be a repair charge incurred by the customer.  This repair charge and time needed to repair the AITCH AITCH piece will be clearly communicated in writing before the repair process starts, with payment due upon receiving the repaired item back to the AITCH AITCH studio.
